Mark Maniscalco is a highly skilled results driven business attorney and litigator. His extensive experience includes litigating amounts in dispute exceeding $100,000,000 related to international wires, development funding, finance and standby letters of credit. He has successfully defended actions for breach of contract, theft, conversion, fraud and conspiracy. He excels in motion work, freezing bank accounts, forcing settlement and obtaining injunctions all before ever serving defendants. He is adept at solving discovery issues related to international subpoenas preventing and forcing international clients to testify. Jurisdictions he has successfully exerted his skills in include Mexico, Spain, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has worked within Maritime Law associated with Jones Act violations over international waters. Attorney Maniscalco has appeared pro hac vice in the states of Nevada, Arizona. Mr. Maniscalco received his J.D. in 2004 from California Western School of Law. His undergraduate degree is from one of the most prestigious Northeast Liberal Arts Colleges, Franklin and Marshall. It was founded by Benjamin Franklin and the first Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, John Marshall in 1787, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
